The Interview is a 2014 American political satire comedy film directed by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg in their second directorial work, following This Is the End. The screenplay by Dan Sterling is from a story by Rogen, Goldberg and Sterling. The film stars Rogen and James Franco as journalists instructed to assassinate North Korean leader Kim Jong-un (played by Randall Park) after booking an interview with him.
In June 2014, the North Korean government threatened "merciless" action against the United States if the film's distributor, Columbia Pictures, went ahead with the release. Columbia delayed the release from October 10 to December 25, and reportedly edited the film to make it more acceptable to North Korea. In November, the computer systems of parent company Sony Pictures Entertainment were hacked by the "Guardians of Peace", a group the FBI believes has ties to North Korea. Lingaa is a 2014 Indian Tamil action-drama film directed by K.S. Ravikumar, who also scripted the film in collaboration with the film's dialogue writer, Pon Kumaran. The film stars Rajinikanth playing dual role, Jagapati Babu, Anushka Shetty and Sonakshi Sinha in the lead roles. Music was composed by A. R. Rahman while cinematography was headed by R. Rathnavelu. The movie was filmed in Tamil, with Telugu and Hindi dubbed versions.
Principal photography commenced during the last week of May 2014 in Mysore; immediately after the release of Kochadaiiyaan. Majority of the filming took place in Ramoji Film City. The climax portions were filmed in Shimoga.
The film was released on 12 December 2014, coinciding with Rajinikanth's birthday,and received mixed reviews.

Story:

 

 

An alien (Aamir Khan) lands on Earth on a research mission, but is stranded in Rajasthan when his spaceship's remote control is stolen. He learns to fit in among humans by wearing clothes and using money that he steals from couples having sex in cars with open windows. He attempts to learn to communicate by grabbing the villagers' hands and absorbing their memories through touch, but they chase him away when he tries. Bhairon Singh (Sanjay Dutt) believes the alien is a person suffering amnesia and befriends him. He interprets the alien's hand-grabbing as sexual interest and takes him to a brothel. There, the alien holds a prostitute's hand for several hours and thus learns the language.
